About the event
Held within a secret garden sanctuary, this peaceful retreat takes place in a spacious yurt, surrounded by wild flowers, bird song and the trickling of the brook. Here you are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself - supported by the lush greenery and the quiet beauty of the countryside. In between sessions, swing in the tree swing, rest in the hammock and enjoy a delicious lunch and refreshments.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through Healing Yoga with Craig - suitable for all levels - alongside Breathwork, Guided Meditation, and a deeply calming Sound Immersion with Reiki blessing. Each practice is offered with care, sensitivity, and attention to detail, creating a safe and nurturing space where you can soften, release, and truly rest.
You’ll enjoy a nourishing organic, plant-based lunch and refreshments, lovingly prepared to support balance and vitality, with time to also enjoy some quiet reflection.
